1:1 Personal Training / Coaching

Bespoke 1:1 coaching working towards desired goals. We value form and function above all else so and weaknesses or imbalances will also be addressed where needed. Tailored programme design and nutritional guidance included.


Small Group Training

Groups of 2 - 4 can be accommodated for with similar goals. Tailored group programming and nutritional guidance included. Investment is spread between the group, offering better value per person.


Specific Strength / Performance Coaching

Working towards a specific strength, sport or event goal where more in depth coaching and metrics are required to succeed. More in depth technique work included if needed. Olympic weightlifting is also included where needed.


Nutrition coaching

A more in depth look into your nutrition with more accountability. Everything will be discussed from calorie intake, dietary habits, macro and micro-nutrient intake. A plan will be made and implemented based your goals with regular check-ins and measurements for added accountability.
